Lobsters & Laughs 2

by Tim Trueheart

Oh snap-fooey! Don't tell me... The Improv Imps did it again? Yeah, the imps had already gone and shitted on Kilroy's once, but on Wednesday we made it two times... That's right we performed at Kilroy's once again for the Lobsters and Laughs Improv Comedy Show. Despite the fact that only about 2 people came out specifically to see the Imps, the show turned out to be a lot of fun. We even managed to get some of the tough looking, loud talking bar crowd to volunteer for a few of our audience participation games. Now, Jelly and I are designing a show specifically for the Kilroy's crowd... So check us out next month because we're bound to have a breakthrough performance.

Peace,

Trueheart

The Epic Comedy Open Mic!

by Tim Trueheart

The Epicure Cafe has a comedy open mic every tuesday night at 8 p.m. The Epic Comedy Open mic is hosted by Me, and D.C. area comics Adam Belcher, and Brandon Fisher. It was a super fun show and afterward me, several comics, and a brave audience member screwed around and played the improv game of Pick-Up-Line... By the way, props to Ralph Cox, he killed last night!

And on Sunday, I acted...

by Tim Trueheart

Yesterday I had the opportunity to act in a short film, thanks to the Mighty Joe Carabeo.  I met Joe at the Soundry when he and his equally talented wife Carolyn Belefski where guests on The Jellyvision Show. Joe also did my headshots, which are sexy as fuck! We shot at New Millennium Studios in Petersburg, VA which was a 2-hour drive, but it was totally worth it because of all the cool people involved… I can't wait to see the final cut of this flick!

Local Virginia comic Tim Hill hosted The Improv Imps for a weeknight show at Kilroy's in Springfield, VA. The show was a lot of fun, and I can't wait to perform there again!
