I haven't been writing much lately but I am now and thankfully I am putting it onto the page. I have been focusing a lot of my free time the last few months on running my comedy open mic in Arlington, VA. The name of the show is Stand-up @ Summers and it's every Thursday at Summers Restaurant in Arlington (Courthouse) just off the WMATA Orange Line Metro stop. Tomorrow is Thursday but I will not be there however my lovely girlfriend, baby momma, and funny lady Katie Dunn will be there to host the heck out of the show. Anyway, I've honestly had a lot of challenges hosting and running this room and I want to use my blog to help other people who might be interested in running their own mic someday. Yes, I am going to take this opportunity to blog about it and put out some positive energy! So, I am free to answer questions people may have for me about how I run my room, etc.
