Everyday we encounter challenges. To live our best life possible we need healthy daily practices. There are many great daily health practices. I love to run, do yoga, and meditate I love the benefits of these practices. I’ve noticed some of my daily health practices are energizing while others have a more calming effect. It’s important to practice our habits daily and to remember that sometimes practice is easy and sometimes practice is hard. Oftentimes you won’t feel like practicing but it's really all about trying.
